Like running, cycling is a great sport for people of all ages.

Unlike running, cycling is a low impact sport. That means it won’t wreak havoc on your joints like running does.

Although bikes can get really expensive, you can start cycling with just a regular bike and helmet.

And it’s an easy way to burn calories if you need to lose weight.
