How to Get Ripped Like Jessica Biel In 4 Steps March 26, 2008

Jessica Biel. Just thinking about her gets me so excited! She’s so hot and there’s no doubt she’s in great shape.

And now you can see her workout program! People Magazine got the scoop from her trainer, and I have a summary:

1. Sprint

Skip the long, boring cardio sessions. Instead, head out on the track and perform a sprint workout. Do 2-10 sprints or whatever you can handle, ranging from 100 to 200 meters each. (With short rests in between.)

2. Jump

Plyometrics are one of the most painful routines, but they get results! You can do them by jumping up stairs on long flights of stairs, or jump up and down onto a box about knee height.

3. Lift weights

Burn some more fat in the gym by lifting light weights with short rests in between. Like circuit training.

4. Abs

Now work your abs with anything but the typical crunch. Try bicycle kicks where you alternate “elbow to knee” and the twisting static crunch and hanging leg lifts.

Do that 2-3 times per week and you’ll be ripped! (But I can’t guarantee you’ll look like Jessica Biel!)
