After seeing the possible dangers of having caffeine in FRS, i thought i’d go ahead and look into the FRS energy system ingredients.
Everything is healthy, and the caffeine content is quite low, but just in case you are interested, here are the FRS energy system ingredients:
FRS Healthy Energy Chews: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Palm Oil, Soy Lecithin, Quercetin, Ascorbic Acid, Camauba Wax, Corn Starch, Glycerin, dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Citric Acid Carrageenan, Green Tea Extract, Ciacinamide, Mono and Diglycerides, Caffeine, Sucralose, Calcium Lilicate, Yellow 6 Lake, Vitamine A Palmitate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamin Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Cyanocobalamin.

As you can see, FRS is not your typical herbal energy drink. It’s much better. Hopefully that helps.
How can this be “healthy” with corn syrup, acesulfame potassium, palm oil, carnauba wax, mono-and diglycerides, and artificial colorings?
I don’t get it.
Try to avoid the chews and try the Concentrate, this doesn’t have the ingredients you dislike.
I’m with you miriam, what a bunch of crap, anytime you add poisons to something it is not healthy. Just another commercialized product that keeps america unhealthy.
The chews are the only thing with the crap ingredients. I don’t think they’re healthy either, but that doesn’t mean all FRS products are like that.
I don’t like the “low cal” products in any form though. Stick with the all natural drinks.
This stuff is poison – soy, food coloring, sugar, caffeine, corn syrup, “natural flavors” which means MSG. Even the low-cal is crap. You want to be healthy and feel energy – take whole food supplements with B vitamins, quercitin vits D, P, K, F and purified fish oil. FRS is poison – DO NOT BUY IT. Lance should be ashamed of himself…
forget gatorade, forget FRS try young coconut water. quercetin sounds good but not all that other crap.
I’d love to try some young coconut water if I found a good place for it.
thank you for the info
What a joke….all marketing….no subsatnce….don’t buy this sh##
I almost got the free TRIAL but decided to search on the ingredients first. Now that I see what is in FRS, I will NOT be purchasing this product. I take raw food vitamins with an extra special delivery system and the purest fish oil EVER…I felt alive again after a long illness in just THREE days….
Deb
what kind of vitamins and fish oil do you take, I would like to try!
Thanks!

Just goes to show what a jerk Lance Armstrong is. He dosn’t care about anyone except himself. How does FRS and Livestrong work together, when some of the ingredients are know carcinogens.
“Everything is healthy” , says ‘multisportsman’, and VERY NEXT LINE IS: ‘sugar, corn syrup, natural and artificial flavors,(translation into English: ‘artificial and more artificial’), palm oil…I’d rather use caffeine, thanks. And since when should we take nutrition advice from a guy who sugar-trained his way into stage 3 testicular cancer at the age of 25, (or do we think that’s a coincidence?).
Part two: There seems to be a misunderstanding among some health-seeking consumers. Let me correct it: Juice is not healthy! Sugar is sugar, and fructose is sugar..when you separate the elements of a whole food, they become -processed- foods. Look for Dr Robert Lustig’s lectures on sugar. Don’t drink juice.
Is ti possible for someone to make some constructive criticism on the subject? I have tried the stuf and it did work well but I understand the discrepancies. My question is…are there any specific brands or products that are recomended? Thansk in advance
I’d been using the FRS chews and concentrated liquid for about 2 – 3 weeks when I began having gastrointestinal problems. My abdomen became swollen/bloated and very rigid, and I became constipated and felt like I might explode. My abdomen (waistline) increased by several inches to the point that I couldn’t wear my jeans. I was also in a great deal of pain. Until I looked up a few of the ingredients, I thought my problems might reflect a much more serious disorder. A couple of tests were done (ultrasound and CT scan) but nothing abnormal was found. I have an appointment with a GI doctor in one week. In the meantime, look up the ingredient INULIN, which is in the concentrate. I believe it may be responsible for all of my symptoms. Since I discontinued the use of the FRS products about 10 days ago, my symptoms have improved greatly.
This is S*H*I*T !!!
The second ingredient in the drink is sugar (or “Organic Evaporated Cane Juice”). Yeah, that’ll energize you — for a while, anyway. Just glorified sugar water.
Just another company hyping “organic” and marketing to a sleepy consumer. You guys are so intelligent and informed with our comments. I am so very impressed!
I ordered the FRS samples and tried the can of low cal drink. I was surprised by the effect that it had on my energy level and sense of well being…I felt more balanced. In fact I just got a case of it. It may not work for everyone but it definitely does work for me.
Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on blogs I stumbleupon everyday.
It will always be interesting to read content from other writers and use something from their sites.
